Looks like they make good heat diffusers. As well as good meat!
 
Where and what kind of money? I LOVE my Weber and this would be a nice addition.

Something else cool about these is the aluminum is a great conductor of heat so they'll give you another 100-200deg of grate temp versus what you're currently using.
