GSG and Taurus

I have a GSG Firefly, identical 99% to the Sig Mosquito, same parent company. Getting a Taurus PT22 Poly.

How do you like the Firefly? I have the GSG 1911-22, which is a copy of the Sig 1911-22. Been very pleased with it. Thinking I'd like the 9-22 as well.

I think technically, the Sig is just a rebadged GSG. I have 2 of the pistols and two of the conversion uppers (all GSG). The weak spot is the guide rod, but once you replace that (you'll probably have to within a couple thousand rounds, sometimes much sooner), they are nice little 22s if you like 1911s.
I like the parts from cwaccessories.com or zrtacticalsolutions.com. ZR has replacement guide rods for $17.

That's my understanding as well. They come off the same assembly line. I couldn't pass mine up when PSA put them on sale for something like $199-$219, no tax or shipping. I bought it mainly because you could by the Silencerco o-ring adapter for it, like my M&P 22 and M&P 22c. It was basically about half the price of the Sig at that time.
