This one got heat treated and tempered. Cleaned the HT scale off and trial fitting the handle scales - micarta with forest green G10 liners. Scales will be mounted with epoxy and Corby bolts,
I’m ready for the frigid cold to pass so I can work in the shop without freezing.
Got the scale handles epoxied and bolted on. Handle sculpting/sanding about 90%. Hawk head also about 90% completed. More hand sanding and the sharpening and it will be ready for a sheath.
