My name is David and I am new to the forum. I moved to NC from IL 4 years ago to escape the People’s Republic, but have family roots in Appalachia.

I shoot weekly at Woody’s in Moncure and am starting to reload my training ammo: 9mm, 45 ACP so far, eventually I want to reload 223 and 308.

I am a gun nerd and love learning the history of weapons designs.

Hang in there. I’m old, ate rice & beans for decades, we have had one family car for decades, no cable/satellite for 15+ years. Now our home is like a vacation home.
