Hello to all of you gun enthusiast out there! My name is Michael Pounds and just so you all can know a little more about me:
I grew up in North Carolina in the triad area until I graduated high school and decided to enlist in the Marine Corps.. Oorraahh to all you fellow Marines and veterans. I spent seven years in the Corps where I was able to travel to some beautiful places and some not so beautiful. Throughout those seven years I was able to learn a lot about firearms, advanced tactics, CQB, and protective details which brings me to why I have decided to open up to my community and hope for the best. I am looking into opening a outdoor range within the Triad area that will give all shooters the ability to hone in on their marksmanship skills as well as train to defend themselves. My goal is to educate as many people as I can and in order to do that I would really appreciate any help that any of you are willing to provide. I want this range to have all the needs and wants a shooter could possibly have to better themselves. That being said, please introduce yourself and let me know what you think of my ambitions. I want to create a survey (it will have no demographic related questions) to see what YOU all want at a premier range near you. So please do not be shy in telling me if you would fill a survey out if I was to create one.
