Hey y'all! I'm a NC native, born in Boone and raised in Davie county. I'm a professional writer and editor. A lot of my exposure to firearms comes from my love for gaming and first-person shooters of all sorts. However, I have a decent amount of hands-on time from going to the range every so often with friends. I learned the most about firearms after my dad inherited his dad's (insanely massive) collection of rifles and pistols, which we've thinned down and refined over the years.
Since I'm a pretty introverted person with minimal interest in collecting firearms for myself, I'll be pretty sporadic in my activity here. However, you'll be seeing me in the sales/trade forum pretty soon ... and perhaps over time with other things!
Besides that, I'm looking forward to seeing what else is around the forums. Glad I heard of this place and get to join in. Nice to meet y'all!
