Help me choose a .30 caliber rifle to suppress

Which one is this again? I looked at a fcp in 308 and liked it ok. Not wild about the stock though.
 
Does anyone have any thoughts about the Bell and Carlson m40 stock vs the Magpul Hunter?

Also, does 5-R rifling make a difference over normal rifling?
