Soooo...I kinda sorta may or may not have ended up finding a deal on one of these bad boys (dont tell Mrs. Draco lol)

CZ Scorpion Evo pistol...haven't picked it up yet and it's already begging to be SBR'd and suppressed. Yeah, yeah, two stamps, yada, yada. I have my mind ready for that, much as I hate having to ask permission

I have my eye on this folding stock from AGP...pretty set on it just cuz it looks soooo sweet lol.

And I'm considering the following supressors, in this order:
Griffin Rev 9
AAC Ti-Rant 9m
Gemtech GM9

The only real requirement for the supressor is being as short as possible, while maintaining decent sound reduction, and having a 1.5" OD or smaller.
These three seem to be the best at accomplishing that.

My question is what other, if any, supressor options should I be looking at.
Also open to other stock suggestions, as well.
What does the hive mind have to say?

I'll throw in another suppressor to consider, the GA Optimus. Go Tri Lug and swap it from anything from .22 to 9mm or add the rifle baffle stuff and run it 5.56 to .308. It is 1 3/8" in diameter which same as the Rev 9.

Good suggestion, but I already have an Optimus that I switch around my rifles and pistol hosts quite a bit.
Looking for somethong a little more dedicated because this gun may or may not end up folded into a GHB most of the time ;)

Non-serviceable can on a high use carbine.............. No thanks. They are very light though. I think a Rev9 in K with a three lug would be cool.
Oh, yeah, meant to text you back a little while ago.
I don't see you on here much...just getting some input. You and I will be talking options face to face soon enough ;)

In place of the AGP folder take a look at Side Project LLC's adapter with a Magpul Zhukov stock:

This is their primary dealer and they are a legitimate vendor no worries:

Yeah this having a baby and starting to train again, work, selling cans, life.... LOL I'll rest when I die!!!! PMed you a price. on one.

First confirm what threads you have. If it's exactly as pictured above and/or new stock then it'll be the dual thread version. If it's an early model it'll only have 18x1 which limits your options if length is a concern.

When I researched my 9mm can, primarily for use on my Scorpion Evo, the Ti Rant looked good as did the Griffin, but I ended up with the Octane 9HD for its 18x1 direct thread capability. The Ti Rant seems to be getting dated imo.

Regarding mods though, you'll absolutely want new safety levers, I like the HBI aluminum w/ stubby weak side. HBI trigger springs are also a no brainer. Get a grip that fits your preference, an extended charging handle, an optic, and a bunch of Lancer 32rd mags.

Well, you got the Optimus so go with the Rev route but maybe the Rev 45 so you can go up to .45 and even .300BO subsonic. Also get a bunch of Tri Lugs to cover your host that don't need the Nelson.

Oh yeah, if you are going to run it with a can mainly think about the carbine handguard directly from CZ that will take an Optimus or Rev can real easy with maybe 1" sticking passed the end of the guard. When you get the SBR stamp back the extra grip real estate makes the handling a lot more steady and swing s easier.

Also look at the Gear Head Safety for pure finger comfort if you are right handed.

These two posts make me wonder if you've actually been paying attention to this thread.

See the pic in the first post of the gun I bought that shows the carbine length handguard? Yeah, got that covered. But, it's ok, maybe that was easy to miss.
And I guess you also missed the part about the supressor being dedicated due to its intended role. That's even in a direct reply to a post of yours I quoted. I am NOT looking for another can to bounce from gun to gun.
I don't need a Rev45 to shoot 300BLK subs. Don't know about your Optimus, but mine works great with them.

It is the dual thread version, so no worries there.
And thanks for the heads up on safety levers and trigger springs. I'll give them a look.
Yep, larger mags are a must. Been kinda browsing around for them already, but haven't settled on anything yet.
Optics are another animal, completely. I have an Aimpoint PRO I could put on it, but I don't think it quite fits the profile. Leaning heavily towards a lower profile reflex or holographic of some sort. Haven't really looked for any yet, gotta get the supressor stamp and sbr stamp going first.

I'm considering the same thing if this damned TCM ever sells!

The CZ Evo is the only Lego gun that I'm tempted to get... I like 'em a lot! But which levergun do I sell to raise the cash?

Yea. Super light at 9oz but I thInk the od wouldnt fit inside the handguard.
Yeah, I really had no idea if it would or not. I saw both pics in the OP (long and short rails) and wasn't sure which one he had. Later on I read carbine length.

I did find this info included in one article (discussing the carbine length handguard as a stand-alone purchase):

Inner Diameter: 1.7″ (however, CZ-USA states it will fit a suppressor of 1.55″ in diameter or less)

And the Omega 9K is listed at 1.48", so I'd at least try a test fit before buying one.

Order this day 1! Trigger pull is awful and the factory right side safety selector MUST go or you will bleed after a hundred rounds or so. I have the AK style from HBI and love it.

The Omega 9k does fit inside the handguard. Tim from Military Arms Channels runs one on his EVO. If I recall he stated something about having to use a strap wrench to tighten/loosen it due to it not sticking out much. If you look at the video thumbnail you can see it just barely sticks out the CZ handguard.

I have that cz. I use my surefire Ryder ti 9 on it and it's awesome. I just use the 60.00 carbine adapter from surefire. and it's sticks out enough to not need a strap wrench, but not so much it's obnoxious.

Still debating on the folding 'stock' adapter.

I'm happy with my cz folding stock

Except the cz folding stock requires a tax stamp. The folding sbt brace doesn't. I'm not going the sbr route. Might even do a tail hook.
If I hadn't gone the SBR route I would be looking hard at the tailhook, looks like a real quality piece of equipment and uses a lot of the factory folder parts, which I like a lot.

Picked this baby up today :D

Now it's time to get some paperwork going and change out a few parts

For everybody that posted, thanks for the input. I have taken some advice, passed on others (although that may change lol).
I'll revive this thread periodically as I make changes to it.
Cant wait to get started *giggles like schoolgirl*

Ok, gents...and ladies, too...I've picked up quite a few pieces and parts for the Scorpion and I have SBR/supressor paperwork started.
Now, on to another big piece...optics. I have had several different optics on other rifles/carbines and have found I prefer 30mm objectives (like the Aimpoint PRO ) over 25mm objectives (like the TRS-25). Even though I have never used a holographic (like Eotech 512/518), I am open to them, as well. If you run an Eotech or similar, would you be willing to meet me sometime for a trial run on your gun? Of course, I will provide my own ammo and you can be my guest at my local range, so no range fees for you. All it will cost you is a little drive time and some fun lol.
So, the big consideration for me is going to be co-witnessing with the Evo's iron sights. If your recommendation is a tubular design, is there a low mount available to allow cowitnessing?
Not particularly looking for magnified optics, either.

The few I'm looking hard at are:
Aimpoint PRO with low mount
Eotech 512/518
Vortex Spitfire 1x

What are you gents running, and why?
Are there any others the hive mind thinks I should look at?

You need to check out the holosun or primaryarms microdot. Your wallet with thank me.
