Awesome! Right down the road from me. The only thing preventing me from doing a couple projects is the lack of a known and/or local cerakote guy.

I’ll surely be in touch in the future.

Here is an AK47 I cerakoted this weekend for a fellow CFF member. What do you guys think?

Ready to be disassembled:

Disassembled and cleaned:

After acetone soak, sandblasting and gas out in the curing oven, ready for Cerakote application:

Fresh out of the curing oven:

The Cerakote turned out looking very clean!

Great looking work. Needing to do a Tokarev Zastava m57 in the graphite Black. How much turnaround time do you need? Thanks

Good looking work!

Thanks for your reply. What would the price be on that project?

You are very welcome.

I charge $100 to Cerakote a pistol frame and slide. I'll do the detail strip, cleaning and lube/assembly for free. I'll also Cerakote the barrel for free since it's getting close to Christmas season!

Roy

Sounds good Roy, can you PM me your contact info. May not be able to make Friday evening, but I will be bringing you the gun, and possibly more to follow I'll bring for quoting. Thanks

I'm starting this thread to show some of my Cerakote projects and also offer my services as an applicator. I have an FFL so I will be able hold guns overnight(or longer) and receive/ship firearms directly to customers. There are no plans yet to sell guns or do transfers.

Here are some introductory prices for single color Cerakote jobs:

Stripped AR15 lower/upper/handguard: $125.00

Glock/1911/M&P slide: $45.00(includes free detail strip and cleaning)

Glock frame: $55.00(includes free detail strip and cleaning)

1911/2011 frame: $65.00(includes free detail strip and cleaning)

Small gun part like safeties, slide locks etc. $15.00 each with a $45 minimum

Other jobs will be quoted individually. Just drop me a message.

/ for my reference file.

Here are a couple of customer guns that I finished this weekend:

A Makarov

And a Tokarev. You might notice that the extractor is not installed. The extractor spring went into orbit during installation. A replacement is on order from Wolf springs.

Lookin good buddy, be sure to post the FN and Glock when ya get them finished as well. See ya this weekend.

It looks very P64-ish to me. And I think I recognize the grip.

AK’s can take a couple gas out Cycles before they are “clean”. I’m a Cerakote applicator out of Concord.

Picked up the above work today and it looks even better in person. Roy does good work for a fair price. We plan to keep him busy for awhile. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. R

I've been so busy with Cerakote projects that I haven't been able to post pics until now.

Here's my favorite project so far. A Mossberg 500 pistol grip shotgun in Zombie Green and Carbon Black.

Here is a pic of the parts coated in Zombie green:

These Beretta 92 grips were cut to clear an extended magazine
release and then coated in a custom mixed grey tone:

This Smith and Wesson rusty and had some pitting so it was coated in Gloss Black. It turned out looking really good:

It was a very busy weekend! Here are a few of the projects:

There was lots of holster wear on this GI Style Colt 1911so the owner told me to cover it in Burnt Bronze and Graphite Black:
