Buddy has a BNIB HK 416 22LR pistol for sale at a good price, ~400. Never shot, still in the wrapping. I am interested in any reviews/thoughts on this as a fun toy. I had a Sig 522 which I loved, but stupidly sold it.

Saw that, but it includes the HK 416 pistol and a Glock 44, all for the wonderful price of $1,125!!!!

Really bad reviews. Lots of issues I can’t discuss. Give me his number and I’ll tell you more from a personal review.

I personally think the joke is in poor taste. The nerve of some people.
To make up for his uncouth behavior, I believe you should buy the 416 from your buddy for $400 and I will do you a favor by buying it from you for $50 more than you paid. ;)

FWIW, I bought it and in order to not inflict others with this Teutonic disaster of a firearm took a sledge and grinder to it.

No one should be exposed to such a travesty of firearm heinousnes.
