Bought this pre workout supplement on a whim at GNC.
It definitely adds strength and endurance to my body. I'm lifting heavier than ever before when using it.
An unexpected side effect is that my Johnson flys the flag like I'm 16 again.
I can't get through a workout without getting...uh, locked and loaded.
I actually decreased the dose by half.

Apparently, Cirrulinne is a vasodilator.
One dose has 6000mg.

So, consider this a PSA.
It will put lead in your pencil.

The science:

Does citrulline affect testosterone?

L-Citrulline – Another amino acid naturally produced by the body, l-citrulline is converted to l-arginine by the kidneys. While boosting testosterone levels may be one of its effects, l-citrulline does improve blood flow and levels of nitric oxide, both of which will help with erectile dysfunction.

Four hours later ... the phones at physician offices and walk-in clinics across the Carolinas started ringing off the hook.
They should have called their sister in law, the one that's a head nurse.

A co-worker recommended L-citruline for regulating BP for those that swing high and low. Said it makes it more consistent and knocked s few points off. The dosage wasn't as high as that powder, though. Supposedly it can upset your stomach too so over night want to ease into it.
