1/2-1/3 cup of water in a 10" cast frying pan
10 whole jalapeno peppers, cut on one side
20 chilli peppers, whole
cover pan and cook water out
turn off heat add 2 tbsp olive oil
mash peppers with fork (mash, rub, scrub...get em good)
add 1/4 cup cider vinegar
turn heat on low and stir and mash some more
pick out skins with fork
add 2 cups tomato sauce and two pinches of salt
stir and look for/remove skins

serve

I've never made this before today and I made it up as I went so it's pretty rough but, it has a nice amount of heat and it tastes really good; it has a salsa consistency. Best of all it's all fresh from our garden. My wife made the tomato sauce earlier this week.

I'm gonna move the fire extinguisher to the bathroom :)
Guy I used to work with would make a big pot of chili for us a couple times every winter. He would put 2 big jalapeño peppers, uncut into the pot to simmer with the chili. I've eaten them plenty and while they were hot, they weren't unbearable. This chili was unbearable

Step 1 eat sauce
Step 2 eat ice cream
Step 3 when it's time you will be yelling "come on ice cream"
