The HB has a proprietary barrel without the standard AR barrel mounting interface. They also have a KAC Mod2 style gas system that offers a better gas seal.

The bolt carrier has an altered cam track optimized for suppressor use and the buffer/spring is proprietary to their stock.

Lots of other small details too.
