I've always enjoyed spicy food and started growing some Carolina Reapers this year along with several others. I've been sampling hot sauces as well, scorpion pepper sauce, Da Bomb, and Mad Dog 357....what's your favorite sauce or pepper?

So far ive had some amazing ghost peppers and some great sauce with ghosts and other julokia peppers. Anybody else enjoy them, grow them or have any suggestions etc?

Trinidad Scorpions & Carolina Reapers are my favorites, especially pickled Reapers.

Search Amazon for venom salt- pink Himalayan salt infused with Trinidad Scorpions. A pinch sprinkle on a slice of pizza is heavenly.

I've got a rep for nuclear deer jerky, thanks to my marinade consisting of several pickled Reapers, Scorpion sauce, Bhut Jolokia/Scorpion/habanero pepper flakes & a solid dose of black pepper. Will paralyze your face & clear your sinuses so fast, your ears will pop. Heavenly & a massive endorphin rush.

Used to be the Carolina Reaper, but I've heard tell of some Welsh pepper called Dragon's Breath that is supposed to be around 2.5 million Scoville units, or 1 million hotter than the Reaper. Supposedly developed for topical anesthesia & potentially lethal to eat due to anaphylactic shock.

So what is the hottest?
Of All Time?
Pepperwise, i understand tbe reaper holds the record but unofficially...pepper x is hotter...and then Johnny Scoville claims some 7 Pot Primos are even hotter

I heard of this too...but have never seen it...so from what i know the same guy who made the reaper made the pepper x...no clue if this is accurate or what

My favorite is the Scotch Bonnet pepper in a Jamaican sauce. It's a habanero variant with plenty of heat and a better citrus flavor. Ghost and reapers and such are hot beyond my liking although I do like the sauces I've tried.

I prefer the hot sauces on the "whiny little bit@h" end of the spectrum.

Found this the other day, nice flavor, nothing about the flavor says "old bay".

I have ghosts and reapers in the garden this year. Looking to be a good crop of both coming. Ghosts are just starting to ripen. I planted the reaper later in the season and the peppers are just coming on.

Nice, i have some west indies growing and some chocolate habaneros growing. Im supwr excited for the chocolate habaneros

I make a ghost pepper sauce, but I can't eat much as it is too hot for me. My son and daughter in law and several other folks love it and always want more.

I believe I have posted the recipe here before, but here it is again if anyone wants to try it.
