If they aren’t a felon, it’s legally carried according to 2A.

But basically:
1. Don't give psychopaths media attention/status
2. Arm and train teachers and anyone else in targets like churches
3. Make it known that anyone who tries to hurt anyone there will be shot down as quickly as possible

I haven't seen it yet yet, but if I watch any youtube video other than music, I bump the playback speed up to 1.25x or 1.5x. Seems like everyone talks too slow.
