I have found the WORST customer service EVER!!!

I'm in process of re-fitting one of my guide boats with a newer style trolling motor. I already knew I wanted a Minn Kota (sponsor) but was unsure of the exact model since I was wanting a combination of wireless features. I began calling their customer service line Thursday morning and never could get through to anyone.
I finally got someone today just before noon. I asked where everyone had been and she said, and I quote, "we wondered why the phones weren't ringing, we usually get 1 to 200 calls per day and then they suddenly stopped last Thursday and didn't come back on until today"........ They have been sitting there for 3 effing days with no phone service wondering why the phones weren't ringing.... Here's your sign.....

How about Walmart canceled my Christmas order after it was damaged. Then couldn't get it in until Jan 3. So while talking to the person I got one guy who could barely speak English but his name was Ralph. He kept calling me Ma'am trying to piss me off. Worlds worst customer service.
 
I dream of broken phone systems. I wouldn't contact a soul. Walk-ins only and paperwork and supervisory tasks without interruption for dumb questions that become arguments or interrogations would be outstanding.
I work for the phone company, I could come by and break it for you.

I take it none of you have ever dealt with KAC?

They used to make good stuff and were one of the first designers of the quad rail system.
But they got that fat government contract, and they promptly forgot about all the little guys that helped them get to the party.
Their customer service was GARBAGE.

After last Monday, I'll never set foot inside a Walmart again.
 
My wife made an appt with her optometrist. She showed up and they have moved. Never sent out anything. Then when she gets to the new place, they tell her they can't do what the appt was for. WTF is that?

Years ago when I was working for an IT company, some of the sales guys started complaining about our turn around time for new customer network designs. Well our group also did field support and got a lot of calls every day. We did some analysis and research. Turns out it takes an average of 15min to fully return to a task you were doing after being interrupted by a phone call. This was some HR companies data. So, if you get 4 calls, you loose an hours time. Not counting the 1/2 hr or longer you're on the call itself. So, my manager worked the numbers and went to upper management. In order to get the design turn around time the sales guys wanted, we would have to hire 5 more people. We didn't hear any complaints after that.

It seems like this crap is always happening to me. Am I cursed or do I somehow go out looking for it or does it just seek me out??
Damifiknow but it seems I would make a perfect efficiency guy for companies. Wait.....

No need. I’m sure the flunky who was hired to bury their service only put it about an ant’s dick worth of depth underground. So just merely walking over the service line should effectively damage it enough. At least that’s my experience with phone lines.

Try to call PSA sometime. Minimum 20 minute wait. Then when you get somebody they have the same answer after you explain your problem. " ya want me to cancel it faw ya?" Could care Less..
