I love pineapple-mango salsa…what if I swapped pear for mango…

For what purpose? Just to eat straight up or for a recipe of some kind? A jalapeño pear sliced up might be interesting in a fajita.
I dunno, lol. Probably just eating straight up; I saw that pear next to the jalapenos this morning and thought "sweet and heat", yum.
ETA- both came from our yard.

The juice from the jalapeno jar, lol. Been slicing up those I've been picking, add them to what started as an empty jar except for the leftover "juice". I add the peppers to my eggs for breakfast probably 3 times a week, at least.
 
Jalapeño-Pineapple is delicious … the pineapple being a more tangy/tart twist than a sweet pear it will be interesting to hear your results.
