I am using a Blade Tech and I like it but think it is a bit too close to my body.

Would be interested to hear what everybody is using that would be legal in production class.

Thanks!

Thanks

The blade tech I have now is a pre "total eclipse" eclipse model...so those attachments wont work. But it appears they work on the Classic and Signature OWB holsters that I will check out.

You guys think Blade Tech is the way to go?

I thought all Bladetech owbs used the same three hole pattern, sorry.

Nothing wrong with Bladetech, but if you need a shell you can get something prettier and probably cheaper. Pretty much all kydex and molded holsters do the same thing, for competition you want something thick and rigid, I'd say minimum .120", and adjustable tension.

No need to apologize, I should have been more specific. I think the model I have was made almost specifically for carry. It has two holes in tabs on each side of the holster where 2 1.5 inch belt loops screw on as opposed to the "Y" pattern.

It works but my shirt and spare tire seem to be in the way a lot.
