I think we need to make up a batch of this at the next Thrillhill meeting

I need to be invited to the next one!
 
I make it every year when it gets cold outside. It reminds me of Christmas in Germany.

I have great memories of Christmas in Germany... Walking through the Fußgängerzone with snow on the ground, and the smell of Glühwein and roasted Kastanien (chestnuts) in the air... It seemed magical. It was probably also helped by the fact that I was young (i.e. I'm romanticizing). :)

I was that way for a while . Then I learned ----------- Don't drink cheap wine!!! There is some really good wine in the 8-12 $ a bottle. Go to a wine shop - be honest and the good ones will help ya find something nice.
