I thought customer service was dead

So sometimes I tend to do things with my head up my ass. Last week was one of these instances. I bought a new TLR-7 a few weeks back to go on my P320c in place of the Surefire XC1. SO of course I would need a couple new holsters to fit the new light. So when I bought the light I ordered a couple custom holsters from Tr Holsters . Well fast forward to this week I went and traded the XC1 away. Well guess what I don't have a holster for the P320c and low and behold I have a class I'm taking this coming week. So I didn't pay attention but the order I placed was a custom one and that means its a longer lead time than a plain Jane holster. So I sent an email to them asking if they'd be done in time and if not did they have a plain one in stock I could buy to use in the class. Well Tony emailed back saying he'd ship me one on the house to use and thanks for being a repeat customer. I offered to pay or ship it back after the class and he said just keep it. So a situation that was of my making was handled in an awesome way on their part. Just thought id let y'all know that CS isn't dead especially at TR Holsters!
