I've seen that all over FB, yet to watch it, going to give it a go now.

EDIT: O-Mah-Gawd. He legit just sawed the barrel in half. If he deburred the end of the barrel he could fire it as a bolt-action rifle. That's legit an SBR by definition. And here we have evidence of a crime that carries minimum fines/prison sentences. How smart.

At about the 4:20 mark our hero saws the barrel off his AR in protest but fails twice. Not only did he not destroy the weapon he also created an SBR in the process.

If there was no intent then he's not guilty. Everybody knows that.
The ATF might try some of their shenanigans, but the FBI will step in since he was intent-less.
 
Was his weapon planning on growing legs, a brain... And running away to murder people? I'm not sure why he was so worried about that rifle killing kids... What a weirdo.

Wonder what he does with the receivers? Simple barrel swap and she's back in action.

It can't just be David Gregory.
It has to be "David Gregory whose lawyer-wife is best friends forever with the Washington DC Attorney General."
A regular David Gregory would have been arrested for possession of that strictly-forbidden/no-excuses high capacity magazine.

too bad that dude didn't catch a hot piece of metal in his face. Only the true worshipper of the state sacrifices at the altar of cultural marxism (PC) without provocation. Next he should just set himself on fire for the cause.
 
Nevermind jail time, he'll be held up as a hero by every lib and lib group out there. No agency would risk that kind of fallout by trying to prosecute.

In one of the later photos, he's cut the receiver as well. Let's see, 30yrs ago, triangle hand guard... Was that a Colt??

Did anyone notice the video was mirror imaged?
 
I find it humorous that advocates of tougher firearms laws don't seem to understand (or respect) the existing ones. o_O
