great time yesterday but if the range is like it was yesterday next month, can we implement a canoe into one of the stages?
You know all those blue barrels floating in the lagoon, I mean Bay 6?

Hope it doesn't rain between now and Saturday. The range is in the best shape I've seen it in a long while.
Still wet down by 5 and 6 though.

I know you WANTED us to hit no shoots on stage six! Can't get me on the hard ones... It's the after-thought, static no shoots that barely cover the target that get me...

Good shooting with everyone again. I learned 2 hard lessons today. Both I brought on myself.
I gotta get sleep and I gotta have a back-up gun.
Thanks again for the video help @nchiker1 .
I see I got a penalty in the stage where the front sight flew outa the gun, but I don't know what for.
Maybe I should look at my scorecard...even though I dread it.
Edit:
I think that was stage 1. I got a procedural but don't know why. I stepped across the fault line but stepped back before I shot. Moving toward the last position is when he called it.
Certainly won't get me out of the bottom of the barrel, would just like to know what I did wrong so I won't do it again. Anyone? @fieldgrade @nchiker1

Greg- I don't recall if I was scoring you on that stage or not, but if I was I usually watch the SO to see if they throw up a finger to indicate a procedural, and just record it. I usually know what it is at the time, but I just don't recall.

I use the second definition to describe myself routinely.

In all seriousness, Happy Birthday. It is said, "When the student is ready, the teacher will arrive." Without my friendship with you, I would have never found IDPA, the passion I've developed and the other friends I've found. Many thanks. And don't get older quicker, or you'll catch up with me.

To shoot the night match you will need a hand held flashlight. If you shoot a weapon mounted light that will be in Specialty Division. Lasers are good for Carry Optic Division.
