So, I have an AR15 in 6.5G and a AR10 in 308...

I could use some extra cash and dont really need 2 long range AR's...

My only con with the 6.5, so far, every mag ive got, ive had to file down the front lip inorder for the rounds to feed.. And there is less of a choice when it comes to ammo but theres still ammo.. and also theres wolf, for .23 a round!

308, WAY more common, ballistics are almost the same as the 6.5, but recoils a tad more, which isnt an issue....

If you could only have one, which would you keep?

I also feel like the 308 would probably sell easier/quicker than the grendal...

Ugh, first world problems.

308, just because of the ammo and reloading components that are available. The Grendel.....not rare by any means but less common.

If they both were setup the same ( scopes, triggers etc) just the caliber is different then I would go 308. If you are buy factory ammo which I think you are. 308 is ALOT easier to find. The 6.5 is cool but IMO just not worth the $$ to be different.

Ammo is actually cheaper for the G. I can get hornady match for 88 cent a round... but problem is, ive never seen it in a store. Only online.. so it becomes a pain sometimes.

The 6.5 belongs to my wife.. but I think ive talked her into taking in the 308 as hers and letting go of the 6.5
