I haven't tried any of the others in the box, yet.

It's kinda hard to screw up hot sauce, but they managed it.

I recently found the large 32oz bottle in my local grocery store.

ANYTHING on a raw oyster makes it taste better! There is much improvement went it starts out tasting like Azz! Yuck!!!! When I was in the Infantry, we had M113 APCs. My guys would wait until we went to the field and drag out smoked oysters in a can. Damned track smelled like a whorehouse where they didn't bathe! Worst thing was, the smell just didn't go away!Tailhunter said:It tastes good on raw oysters.
Ghost Pepper and the Carolina Reaper can be overwhelming. It's like IPA's right now. Everyone has to go hotter, stronger and more potent. I'll use a few drops of ghost pepper sauce in a pint or two of wing sauce to add to the kick, but not for the main flavor.Mike Overlay said:some local father and son stuff. Gotta agree. Use real butter whenever possible.Don said:Bunsen;n35696 said:1-2 Tbs of Tapatio, 1-2 tsp of crushed garllic, and 1 to 3/4 cup of margarine makes an awesome wing sauce FYI.

All foolishness aside, I am becoming more and more convinced that our bodies evolved to be much more able to digest natural animal fats rather than 'partially hydrogenated oils' and the like. So no, I don't think two sticks is too much.
