Imbedded video options?

So what is the easiest way to imbed or link videos on the forum? Ideally without having to download apps or sign up for crap. I don’t have any social media and don’t want any. I’m sure this is covered elsewhere but my forum search skills are weak sauce… help a brother out…

Uploading to YouTube has always worked.

I think you can also use Imgur.

And I believe I tried recently to convert a video to an mp4 file and upload it directly like a pic, and that worked. Somebody here mentioned doing it and I gave it a shot.

But you can’t upload most video formats (.mov/etc) to the site.

I know I have an account. I think @barf posts videos using it as well? I’d assume you’d need one, but don’t know.

postimage.org doesn’t require one, but I’ve one used it for photos…not sure if it’ll handle videos or not

Yeah you have to make a free Imgur account. Upload video and click “share” then copy the link.
