It’s very disappointing she was shot and killed. I can’t believe it was done with an “assault” weapon.

No doubt the idiot was either showing off or playing with it. He don't look too bright from the police photo on another news page.
 
I'll be honest. When it's my time, so to speak, if it's not going to be death by snu snu, lights out would be my next preferred scenario.
