My wife picked up an Instant Pot a couple months ago. It rocks. I've been very impressed.

I have had one of those on my wish list for a while. It's about time to pull the trigger. Cheesecake will certainly help sell it to the Mrs.

At the risk of offending the purists...my wife has put a pork shoulder in and have it come out incredibly juicy, flavorful and on par with some of the best pulled pork I've had.
