How do I get it un-banned on laptop and tablet?
Typing on phone is causing me to lose my mind, what's left of it.
Thanks.

@Brangus to the rescue!!!!!!!!! As always....Hey!! Since you had such good luck with your ride along with your Dad, could I get you to go with me to do a little "collecting"?

You'll need to pull out one of those Remington Nylon 66 rifles so we can make it happen just like the old days. And you have to pull it off around 6 am on a Sunday morning while everyone is sleeping.

lol

Looking back, I knew it was a mistake to give you my address. Is @Etruett sending you to collect for those grips?

Im soon to be installing a VPN as well. Is there anything you tech gods can do to guide us serfs to continue our serfage?

My chrome book laptop is screwed, I'm fairly sure.
Hoping to find the cord for the massive toshiba laptop and be able to get off the tablet.
Thanks for the help!

If you have a chromebook and it's screwed up just do a factory reset on it. Just google factory reset chromebook whatever model you have.. like HP 1234. Sticker on the bottom should show a maker and model.
Fair warning, a factory reset will remove all data on the device, so anything you've downloaded, pictures, music, etc will be gone. You'll need to copy that off to a thumbdrive or usb hard disk before hand.

After the reset you'll just set it up like it's new out of the box.

The only issues I have had is that some websites are finicky.

1. Atrium Health will allow me in but won't let me in to the billing section unless I turn it off. Don't know about Novant, etc.
2. Online banking runs me through through extra security steps the first few times I log in from a different server location.
3. Search results give you info for the area where the server is located. For instance shopping major retailers online. I go and do the find a store thing and even then the website may not cooperate. Adding the city you want into your search helps but not always.
4. Occasionally a website will tell me that my location is not allowed in.

I'm still figuring it out myself and have mainly used US located servers. The few times I bounced around the world, I got search results in the language of the country where the server is located or the site won't let me in. When I do something involving using a CC or online banking, I only use US servers. The first two I listed are minor inconveniences I don't mind. Especially number two. I plan on using Canadian and UK based servers this weekend to see if I can watch some TV shows to see how that works out.

Installation was a breeze since it is also the same brand as the security software I use.
