Is He worthy?

Our church shut down in-person services for 2-3 months last year at the beginning of it all, and switched to online only. Just something they felt they needed to do to get a grasp on all the Cooper mandates and what they felt the best way to deal with it was. When you have 10K+ members, it’s a little different than having 50-75 people that are gonna show up no matter what.

Anyway, our music minister (in the hat) and part of the praise team recorded an a cappella version of this song as a promo video to welcome everyone back in person last May. I think it’s outstanding. Great song.

Great song, and please make sure you’re familiar with the writer and original artist of the song, Andrew Peterson.
Andrew Peterson puts out great music and at times shares it with more famous artists to spread the gospel to their larger audiences.
It’s incredible that he isn’t more known and the songs that aren’t sung by top Christian artists are just as good.
He tours the US every Christmas performing his album full of songs telling the story of the coming of Christ “Behold the Lamb of God” and the album that “Is He Worthy” comes from is telling the 2nd half of the story. He plans to do that tour at Easter but it has been limited for 2 years due to COVID.
They always have a few stops in the Carolinas, I highly recommend you seek it out.
