You can link a video, but not upload it. If it’s short enough, you can convert it to a gif and upload that version.
This is the only way I know how to do it. This is a youtube vid I uploaded in response to a friend's request for a vid of my expanded garden this year.
Find a vid hosting site (youtube is not the only one, but it is the easiest. I plan to go to bitchute in the near future, because google). Do your vid uploaded there, go to the url (the "address" in the bar at top) copy it, and go to posting, click on the link bar (referenced above), and then link and put whatever label you wish.
