Is smoked brisket a breakfast meat?

I submit that it is. First of all, any meat’s a breakfast meat if you’re brave enough.

But scrambled eggs and brisket is pretty dang delicious.

Or if you’re in a hurry, English muffin with cream cheese and chopped brisket on top isn’t too bad either.
