JRE, link between TBI / PTSD and Low T

A lot of interesting research in this area. During a head injury there is often an infarct to the pituitary which significantly altars the amount of testosterone the body will produce.

An individual I game with had some symptoms that could possibly be linked to a testosterone deficiency, I told him to get checked ASAP. Turns out he's good in that regard which is something less to worry about.

What was his levels? The doctors say 260 to 1000 is normal, mine at 327 is in that range, but the levels of a 80 year old. Healthy men should be over 700.

His was floating right around 755 or so. I didn't know "normal" range then, he said that it was a small bit "lower" than what a super in fit 22 yr old would be, but still well within "accepted tolerances" or something.

Ok, my reg doc said mine at 327 was in normal. Lol. Most just go by that chart of 260 to 1000
