Just ordered a Kahr CW380 for Ms. Prosecutor to replace her struggling LCP. She also has a Glock 42 but it's a bit large for her to conceal in some situations...so we settled on the CW380. This is like the P380 but without some of the unnecessary bells and whistles. Hey, I'd prefer a revolver but this is her thing. I'll probably carry it occasionally too.

So, what are your experiences?

What IWB holsters are you using?

It comes with one magazine. Good source for additional mags? eBay sellers have quite a few.
 
I shot 24th out of 60 on Saturday at the H20 BUG match with a CW 380. Most folks were shooting larger guns. Trigger is long, smooth 5lbs. Might be a little harder to rack the slide for a lady shooter unless she has strong hands.

I could shoot it better than my LC9s.

Mine runs Remington UMC, PMC Bronze to practice, and Hornady Critical Defense to carry. Ran great out of the box despite the Kahr 200 round break in required. I learned at the Buccaneer BUG match last month that it absolutely will choke with Fiocchi. Wouldn't cycle that ammo at all.

ChiefJason has a blue gun to make you whatever holster you want for it. I would recommend kydex hybrid at least. It will bind in all leather when presenting from the single clip variants.

My extra mag is also a Kahr steel factory mag.

I have two and they are both going back to the factory for warranty work. My wife and I really like the ergos and the trigger is head and shoulders above her LCP, but neither of them will feed a round for anything. And I've put 300 rounds through each pistol using a variety of ammo and they are still awful. Hopefully I'll be able to get them in the mail this week and get some pistols back that work!

As to holsters, my wife absolutely loves her FlashBang holster. She won't carry any other way. Here is Mrs. Hank Strange giving a review:

 
Ive shot everything out of my cw380 with not a singlr issue. I agree it might be hard for the ladies. My cm45 took everything I had to get a round in the chamber the first few times. I thought something was wrong with it. 300 rounds later on all of my kahrs and they are smooth but firm but excellent.

Yep. That recoil spring is not for the faint of hand.
 
I had a CW9 for a few years and it was very accurate. The recoil spring was pretty tight in it too.
 
I really like Kahr pistols.
What is going on with her LCP that makes it "struggling", if you don't mind me asking?
