Moscow (AFP) - Russian arms maker Kalashnikov on Thursday presented its new electric car inspired by a rare 1970s model, saying the new technology will rival Elon Musk's Tesla.

Actually the Fisher Pen Company developed the pen on their own without government funding. A pencil was found to be dangerous because the graphite could breakoff and casue short curcuits if it floated into the electronics.
