Does anyone have any experience with these?
I didn't find anything using the search.

Thanks,
Ron

That one in particular? Or linear comps in general?

I've had several linear comps including the Kaw Valley. What do you want to know?

They are good at sending sound forward. They do nothing for recoil. They do ok for flash.

I'm looking to push the sound away on 2 11.5" pistol builds.

OK, thanks everyone.
I ordered 2 of the KAW Mags 3.5" for my 11.5" pistol builds.
From your comments and the CFF posts and what I read online, I think they will do what I need.

I have a KAW linear comp on my 16” .458 Socom and it works extremely well, as it was mentioned earlier these muzzle devices don’t reduce recoil or muzzle climb, these brakes are designed to send the muzzle blast & report down range and they do a pretty good job.

I have found that the recoil is just a tad sharper on my .458 Socom compared to my friends build but his rifle is way louder and way more “blasty” than mine.

A have another friend that has a 10.5” 5.56 AR pistol with a KAW linear brake and an SLR-7 adjustable gas block and the gun is actually pleasant while shooting next to him, I have a Surefire Socom brake on my 14.5” AR and a VG6 Epsilon on my 16” AR and both of them are obnoxious when shooting next to them.

I’ve got Kaw Valley linear comps on both of my 450 Bushmaster AR’s, and they definitely make a difference in sound levels. Compared to the flash hiders I first used, they do help some with recoil also.
