The folks involved in the Dayton Ohio shooting are suing KCI out of China for their 100 round mags. I never have had good luck with KCI mags but I don’t want to see them sued for actions they have no control over. I guess next time you get in a car wreck go on and sue BP because it was their gas in the other persons car at the time they hit you.

Technically I think you could sue the maker of the gas tank. the KCI product is just holding the magic beans, not the beans themselves.

Who am I kidding? Sue the manufacture of the car, tires, gas tank, gas, the shoes you were wearing while driving, the maker of your sunglasses and hat... I mean, all that contributed! Oh, and the road too! Oh no wait, that's the .gov, they're immune. Rats.

Oh you mean properly state facts. Just seems odd that everyone refers to them as Korean Glock mags yet they are being called a Chinese company in this thread. LOL

Personally I like their MP5 mags and their M1 Carbine mags.

If you can get through a KCI 100rd magazine without a failure, you deserve an award, not a lawsuit.
Maybe if they sued under the magazine NOT functioning with its full advertised round count after being sold as a 100rd magazine, maybe they would have a case...

They always focus on " how many rounds can be fired without reloading" but just dont seem to want to understand how quickly people can reload. And it doesnt matter.

If only it was illegal to murder people... can we sue people for murdering people? Why not sue the parents if they have already checked out... 🙄

Doh, you're right and I should've known better. Not sure why I didn't associate KCI with the Glock mags.

An oldy but a goody....

KCI is a South Korean company.
Hm. I bet the "K" may be related to this, huh? (derp)

In that case, I'm not ok with this, and the lawyers should be transported to South Korea and forced to hold court in their natural habitat:

Also it’s laying another couple bricks in the foundation they’re trying to build for magazine capacity limits?

I thought this was going to be about patent infringement.

I've actually had good luck KCI mags, except for 1, which had an obvious ridge inside the mag body. Sanded the ridge down smooth and it worked fine. They're metal lined and I like them better than some of the all plastic versions. Not tried the 100rd drum.
