I've had a buddy's RD9 for far too long and finally got around to working on it. I sanded off all the crappy black coating, reground the blade a little thinner, rehandled it, then sharpened it up. Going out tomorrow morning.
I forgot how much fun this was, I may get back into making from scratch. I'll admit I'm rusty, but I was happy with this one.
