I need a good holster for my G27 :(
Looking to purchase a very good and durable holster for appendix IWB carry. Need help and suggestions and also thinking about a TLR6 light as well.

I prefer kydex for OWB, IWB, and Appendix.

Appendix is easier with a Sig Sauer P365.

For comfort, I find the hybrid leather kydex great for 4:00 or 3:00, though.

The only nylon holster I use is a Remora for appendix carry with no cover garment ... just wearing a knit or t-shirt but my other holsters are not kydex ... I run leather Sparks Versa Max IWB off hip.

The only nylon holster I have is mounted in my truck that I used before I stopped taking my gun off to travel. I got to seeing alot of comments about exiting a vehicle in a rush situation or in a crash and started leaving it on me.

I carry my super red hawk in a nylon holster if I take it hunting. That’s the only time it ever comes outta the safe. I need to get one of these guys to make me a holster for it just hasn’t been high on the to do list. There’s some kydex and leather holster makers here that do excellent work. Give one of them a look

Leather is good as well? They form the the gun like kydex or better draw and to keep blemishes off the gun?

Kydex for AIWB, hybrid for 3-4:00 IWB. Nylon is for the range bag or the safe.
If 12:00 is yer belt buckle, then 3 to 4:00 is IWB. AIWB is 12:00 to 2:00.

If you do not use Kydex for AIWB, consider a leather slipper or a clip on AIWB holster so that you can remove the holster in order to reholster, then install the holstered gun AIWB. That's the safest way.

My AIWB is a Shield 9 and I think the holster is a Blackhawk off the shelf. It rides very comfortably at 2:00.

I have a nice sticky holster that I purchased when I got the 27, just requires a lot of adjusting when I AIWB carry with belt. I’ll feel alil more secure with something I can clip on or connect to a belt depending on the attire.
