Sister, brother in-law, wife and I bought some land around us. Last surveyed about ten years ago. Got someone I know that runs heavy equipment out to get a quote on clearing some of it. He was using the Land Glide app to look at boundary lines. Neat little app. Says its's accurate within 3-4 feet. Free seven day trial then $9.99/month or $99.99/year.
I used it and it's pretty good so far. There is some cut-over/trees from one property line to another. Took the drone out for the first time in months. Was going to use it yesterday to look on the other side of the trees to get an approximation on where the property line runs through the trees. First the batteries were dead (I drained them before storing them.) Then had to charge the remote. Then when I thought everything was ready I had to charge the tablet (charging now). Seven day trial ended yesterday so I'll at least sign up for a month.
