As the primary cook for the family I have always been instructed to stay away from breading and frying anything. You would never know it by the rotund forms we have created in our home. That being said, my in-laws gave me an Air Fryer. Jeebus! This should have happened a long time ago. I have already used it four times today. Man what a great convenience this is. I am sure many of you are converts and just wanted to announce that, though I am late, I truly appreciate this kitchen item. If you are on the fence about it, you should do it.
