I know I have another post about the Lee but I am needing help or suggestions on the primer freaking system.

Brand new press and after getting the primmer rocker arm fixed(other post) I was ready to go at it.
I cannot get more than one primmer to load in a row.
I have even received a new primmer assembly and still only the first one.
I have tried watching YouTube but it seems like I have it correct so what issues have you run into with priming and how did you fix them?
I told my son that this thing is about ready to become a target out back...

Mine will have primers flip in it when im loading the primer tray. That's usually my issue

See if there are any plastic ridges or seams from the casting inside and sand those off then coat it with some graphite.

The main thing to look at is to make sure the primers are flat when coming to lay on top of the primer pin.

The top on the primer pin has to be level or slightly lower than the tray height or the primer will hit the pin and flip. Slightly lower means a few thousands because if the primer pin is too low it can cause the same problem. The transition surface from primer pin to primer tray needs to be seem less if that makes sense. I installed a machine screw so I can dial in the height of the primer arm exactly. I had a picture of it in another thread but the picture is gone now, not sure why but its gone. If the primer arm is holding the primer pin to high then you will have to shorten the primer pin or take some off the primer arm that contacts the bottom of the primer pin.

If your primer arm looks like mine did you will need to polish up the ends as well.

The other thing you can do to minimize priming issues is to make sure your press is mounted to a bench that doesn't flex much. I welding a metal stand and the only flex I have is the flex in the pull arm. Here's a picture of my stand. With the stand I know immediately when something isn't right, flex is your enemy when loading with a Load Master. I can load 1000 9mm and only have ~6 failures and most of them are because I didn't ream out the primer pocket enough.

How many primers in the tray and chute?

I use winchesters, tula, wolf, s&b and some cci and all seat fine.

I have over 100,000 rounds thru mine and I prime on the press.
Small adjustments to tweek and have it right.

Take pics of the failure and post up.

I get one flipped primer every time i fill the tray. Its so predictable I can almost tell which one it will be.

I am also one of the lucky ones I guess. I prime on the machine and very rarely have any issues. Take some pictures or video of your process and post them up. I have 2 load masters and they both run great. Most of the time.

I prime on the press as well. Only time I get an issue is when the primer chute gets dirty. Keep it clean.

YAAAAAA
I finally figured out what was happening and a temp solution to it. I am sure there are official names for these parts but I will describe it the best I can,
What was happening is when the case was going to the priming station, there is a little plastic arm that it pushes back to get the next primer ready. It wasn't pushing that little arm back far enough to get the next primer. My son and I watched this step for several minutes then added a little tape to the plastic piece that the casing pushes against so it would go back farther.
I guess I will put some JB on it to see if that will work also but for now I just rolled through 300 without missing a primer. :)

Thank you all for all the suggestions, they are always useful.

there is a little pin that sticks up and goes through the arm... make sure that pin hasn't popped out of the arm

What you posted would seem to work better. In your photo the lower right, the part that come out by the upside down GR, that looks larger than mine. It is the piece that that casing pushes on to make the arm go back.
Is this a different kind of primer setup? Mine sure isn't red.

Mine has the grey on it, it is a brand new one I got from Lee. I am working fine after adding a bit of tape to that part so it will push the arm back further. I plan on putting JB Weld on it to make it a bit more permanent.

Check the alignment of the hole in the plastic primer feed assy. with the primer seating ram. It sounds as though the primer assy may not be fully seated or something is out-of-spec and preventing a good fit.

I think I have it setup correctly, finally. I put an LED bulb under the powder hole so if you miss a primer, you will see the light in the casing. I ran 100 without the first primer being missed. I was excited but didn't get to see if the LED worked, which again is a good thing. I had to intentionally run a few w/o primers just to see the light in the case and I think this will be a great help if I miss another primer.
