here is a chicken cooker i made .. last year.. can cook 1, 2 or 3 racks.. around 36-40 chicken1/2's per rack
got a 120 propane tank i'm starting on shortly

largest crowd was around 450-475... but cooked chicken & beef... got a 5' x 4' propane cooker to cook butts or knuckles on
