LEVI Strauss now goes PC on the 2nd addmendment

"They cost too much anyway"
"Their quality is crap, I wore out a pair in XX weeks/months"
"Never liked their stuff anyway"
"Wranglers at WM are better"

I think I went ahead and knocked out a dozen of the replies for you guys

Another domino falls on the direction of going to arms. When companies make it cool and acceptable to pressure others out of their rights...that’s when calm discussions stop and you get shot in the head.

Insert Charlton Heston quote here.

That is how it happens and liberals can be dangerous people. The Constitution is an anti-violence document. Shame the tards can't see that.

Ill get behind this. I mean, Wal Mart now carries And 1 clothing, they are moving up in the world. Since they are, so am I as I finally get to buy a good name brand item lol.

Since the last pair of jeans I bought (Lees or whatever is from Wally World) and still have was about 3-4 years ago, I must say they are pretty durable.

Im not sure everyone should be shocked or upset. We might be winning battles on capital hill, but we are loosing battles else where and this is no different.

I haven’t bought Levi’s since they come out against the Boy Scouts not having gays in their ranks. Now that they do, I still don’t buy their crap!

They have been leftists for a long time. This isn't news.

Where is their HQ? Who works there? Simple math.

I know some people hate it, but IMO you have to boycott every left wing led company you can. The less $$ they have the less damage they can do and influence they can exert. Start with Facebook. That's an easy one.

Matching employee contributions to gun-grab groups aligned with the fund and providing them with five hours per month paid time off to “volunteer … to include political activism.”

Why do I not get the same benefit to voice my own beliefs? isn’t this what the left has been parroting with gays Rights and That stuff??

Well that’s sad, I have always worn Levi’s most of my life up until a few years ago, their jeans just didn’t hold up like they used to and I made the switch to Carhartt and other brands known to hold up better with hard use.

At this rate I’ll be walking around in hand woven clothing and grass sandles before too long lol.

They’ve been on this track for a while.
Yeah, in 2016 they said guns not welcome in their stores. Seems like there was some BS before that but I'm too lazy research. Used to wear them. Stopped either then or when they made some other progressive agenda public.

Ding ding ding. Lees work great for my OWB rig.

One of my brothers cuts belt loops off of old jeans and sews a couple EXACTLY where he wants them to be for his holster on all his new jeans.

I've mostly worn Levi's all my life, but I haven't bought a new pair in a few years. I'll keep wearing the ones I have, but I guess I'll replace with Carhart when they wear out.

I would love to know how these CEOs think this kind of stances help them or the bottom line ?

The company is privately-owned by descendants of Levi Strauss' four nephews since 1902. The company's stockholders are multi-generational, stinking-wealthy, guilt-ridden liberals. They have periodically pursued various social justice efforts to feel good about themselves while screwing American workers by moving production overseas. At worst, they can run the company into the ground and still sell the Levi's name for enough to keep silver spoons in family members' mouths for another generation or two.

There ARE NO "stinking-wealthy, guilt-ridden liberals".

"Stinking-wealthy" and "guilt-ridden" do not go together.

Stopped buying when they moved all production to Mexico many years ago.

Well...

Levis cost too much anyway. Quality is crap; I wore out a pair in just 4 months. I really never liked their stuff anyway. Besides that, Wranglers at Walmart are better.

I expected as much from a Komafornia Brand. San Francisco is a liberal behind enemy lines place anyway.

Hell, I ain't hardly got a dog in this fight. I only wear long britches about 60 days a year. BUT when I do they ain't Levi brand.

Why would @Geezer send me a text implying that his gym shorts could serve as long britches for you? If you ask me, he's trying to start something.

And, he has to turn those up.

Just shot them an email expressing my feelings towards their stance, they probably do not care but someone will have to read it.
