Lights for edc

I would if I could but I'm just too tiny. Can barely fit my hellcat. Luckily fanny packs are back in style so maybe I can move one to a bat belt.

I have a streamlight pen light that I have on me most days. About the size of a pen and only cost like 30 bucks or something like that so, much more reasonable than a lot of the other options out there. Not super high lumen but it works fine.

Used to carry TLR 1HL on my m&p 2.0 compact, but I carry appendix and it was too uncomfortable. Looking to get a TLR 7 soon and give it another go.

TLR-6 on my G26.

I've got a TLR-7 to put ony G34 for nightstand duty but haven't gotten to it yet. I like the TLR-1 a bunch, but they're too bulky for anything but a duty pistol, IMO. They're about perfect on a Shockwave or AR, though.

Picked up a surefire from a member here a long time ago, it's on my VP9. It's a safe gun, I should probably make it my bedside and put the Beretta in the safe instead, would be good to have the light in case something jostles in the night

On my CZ P07 I don’t use a light, but in my Sig P365 I use the little TLR6. Mainly because on the little sig the TLR6 is tiny and adds virtually zero width to the pistol. It also adds just a tad bit of weight to the front of the pistol which seems (to me) to help with muzzle flip when I shoot it.

To me it’s all about bulk, and on a carry pistol I want as little bulk as possible.

Same here. Not on my EDC but my bedside wears one. Either a TLR1 or TLR7, depending on which one is pulling duty that night
Same here. Bedside M&P9c has TLR7 and most of my full-size guns wear TLR1HL. EDC is a AA thrunite pocket light.

I do - Surefire XSC on my G43x and Streamlight TLR on my nightstand gun. I love how small and compact the Surefire XSC is, perfectly matches the length of the G43x to maximize utility of the shorter slide.

G43/TLR6
I picked it up on a trade and gave it a chance and decided I didn't hate it. I feel a light should be separate from the gun, but having something like the TLR6 as a backup isn't bad so you can positively ID that a threat is a threat should your other hand be damaged or otherwise occupied.

Nightstand gun wears an Olight PL mini Valkyrie .Not the best light, just enough for one hand ID to be possible.

Way I look at it is that I want whatever options I can have at the smallest inconvenience. Adding a light, whether ever needed or not, isn’t much of an inconvenience and it may be a benefit. So why not.

TLR-7a or TLR-7 Sub on my carry pieces; x300 when in my ALS. I'd like to try Modlite next, just haven't gotten around to it. - running duty size lights with AIWB jams into my nuts

I'm still flaunting the old school G2X and 6PX on my rifles so I should probably try to change those first.

The only pistols I don't carry lights on are the ones that physically don't allow it. Now it's probably the first thing I buy for a new gun.

I have a tlr-6 on my 43. Hardly carry it though. Might switch to a43X.

I have a nice tlr-1. Fits my G19 and my P-10F. But none of my holsters fit it. So it’s sitting on a shelf. So dumb.

Need @RR to make me two OWB holsters!

I run a tlr1-hl on my 19. I also carry a separate light so I'm not "that guy" with my pistol out looking for something I dropped. Everything has a purpose and place. Just my .02

Nightstand P80 has an Olight Mini Valkyrie unless it's got the pistol brace on it.
