Watched this today on Netflix. It’s an adult cartoon series. 18 short stories that are all completely different from the type of animation to the type of story.

Some of the stories have animation so incredibly realistic it’s scary. Others are liken to heavy metal and others are more cartoonish like Johnny Quest.

All of the stories are out there but really interesting and really good.

I definitively recommend it. Not for kids. The sex scenes are Cinemax level.

I hope it gets a 2nd season.

I thought it was a bit hit or miss, but almost all of the animations was gorgeous. The Russian monster hunters reminded me of an rpg I ran many years ago with the same premise, but their guys did way less stupid stuff than the ones I ran for lol

Definitely be up for another season.

Just stumbled across this. Three episodes in and it’s a win in my book. I love gloomy dis topic/apocalyptic settings.

Season 2 was very disappointing compared to season 1. All episodes had similar art styles, same (fairly boring) predictable sci-fi plots. Little to no variation compared to the first season. Episodes cut off early and didn’t feel like a “complete” story compared to the 1st

I’ve rewatched different episodes from season 1 multiple times like “The Secret War” and “Shapeshifters”, stellar pieces of media. Can not even begin to say the same for season 2

Yeah I just finished season 2. I mean if I had watched it by itself it would have been good but it paled to season 1.

The stories weren’t as good, the animation was pretty much all the same etc.

It was alright, not spectacular but still better than a lot of the other crap they're putting out. And not entirely drowned in intersectional feminism and jamming in representation.

Watched the last of it last night. The animation on some of them were terrific. The plot lines were all over the place and different enough to keep your attention. I would definitely send the kids to another room. Some of that stuff was pretty freakin dark.

Watched it all. I know these are shorts, but some episodes were a little too short. I was hoping to see a few minutes more to some stories.

Finished the series a couple months ago. There was a noticeable difference between S1 and S2, but I wouldn't go as far as to say S2 was "worse" or "sucked." I definitely want to see more.

Season 3 hits May 20.

Watched the first three episodes. Looks pretty good so far. Then again, I like season 2, also. These things are entertaining. The last one (s3.e3) made me feel like I was on drugs. Since that’s the story it’s trying to relay, I’d say they did a good job!
