M10

Couple things I don't like about these, though they're quality wise neck and neck with WASR's.

1. Even though the rear sight is windage adjustable, the notch is far too shallow. Nothing that can't be fixed with file work, but it bugs me.
2. The sight radius is even shorter than a standard AK. It does change the balance of the rifle, and it looks cool though.
3. Non-standard side rail. The height of the side rail is different than standard AK and standard WASR rails, meaning if you want a really low mount, you have to buy one specifically for the M10/RH10/whatever someone's calling it. RS Regulate is the only company I know making one like that.
4. The lack of a FSB means you don't have a detent for muzzle brakes which means trying to time one with a crush washer. Only problem with that is that there isn't much of a shoulder to support a crush washer. If I were going to get one of these it would be to cut the barrel back and pin a muzzle device on it. These also are easy SBR's.

These things aside, they're fine. You can get a stripped one like this:

for a decent price and do what you want with it, just be aware of it's quirks.

If I had my choice of an M10 and a WASR at the same price, my personal preferences would steer me to the WASR
