Made tomato basil parmesan soup in the crock pot

And it turned out awesome. I went with cream instead of half and half and added less salt and it was absolutely bloody delicious.



Served with grilled cheese (cheddar and Meunster on Italian bread) and garlic croutons and it was one hell of a meal. Grilled cheese was cooked in a stick of butter in a skillet. Even the next day they were delicious.
