March scopes...

I know a handful of good optics; the best I have used is a Leupold and Nightforce. The thread regarding the 4,000 meter shot mentioned using a March scope. Does anyone have any experience with March? I have not; hence the question.

I have shot rifles with March scopes on them and liked them pretty well. I do not own any though. Vortex and Tangent Theta are the only ones I own.

Believe they are popular with the benchrest crowd. They have some crazy high magnification powers.

Amen to that. They make a 1-4.5x scope for service rifle competition that will set you back $2k

What makes them better or different than optics in that range (i.e., S&B, etc.)?
