Memorial Day at the range

I love Garands. Mine comes every range trip, even if I only run 1 or 2 clips thru it.

I thought these would be appropriate for a Memorial Day at the range.

I've got a Colt .45 that was made in 1918. It hasn't been shot in decades and I want to wait til Memorial Day 2018 to shoot it again for its 100th birthday

I might have to drag out all my old war horses this Memorial Day. That would be fun.

edit: I will leave the commie and Nazi guns at home.

Save those for V-E Day! (May 8th)

Why wait? Robert E. Lee's birthday is January 19 and many people will have a holiday very near that date. Weather permitting, I will be at DPRC on the 16th with my Garand.

I have a shootable Pomeroy musket used in that unpleasantness in the 1860's and a Colt 1851 Navy my great granddad used to shoot at Yankees that I should take out on that day.
