MidwayUSA blacklists you if you dispute a transaction with them through your bank.

I have had to deal with two returns lately.

C&H precision weapons (CHPWS) - they shipped something different than what I ordered. Easiest most accommodating people to deal with. Resolved quickly at no cost to me.

Blade Tech - warranty return on s holster. They accommodated me and the lady that helped me was very responsive and genuine but I did eat more cost than I should have in my opinion.

Most banks will suggest you contact the merchant and try to work it out before a charge back. It often takes a refund a couple days to trickle through the banks after a merchant issues it.

Card holders have a limited time after purchase before they can file a charge back. I think it's two statement cycles. I don't file many charge backs, but if I'm getting up close to that limit without resolution, I'll file against the company before I lose my option to do so later.
